1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Email Triage ("the Service"), operated by Nimbus Ltd ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Email Triage is an email organization service that:

• Connects to your Gmail account via Google OAuth
• Uses artificial intelligence to categorize incoming emails
• Applies labels to your Gmail messages
• Learns from your corrections to improve accuracy over time

3. Account Requirements

• You must have a valid Google account to use the Service
• You must be at least 18 years old
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account

4. Google Account Authorization

By using Email Triage, you authorize us to:

• Access your Gmail messages to analyze and categorize them
• Create and manage labels in your Gmail account
• Read your contact information to identify senders
• Store OAuth tokens to maintain your connection

You can revoke this authorization at any time through your Google Account settings.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

6. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service, but:

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties
• We do not guarantee 100% uptime or availability
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time
• Scheduled maintenance may temporarily interrupt service

You understand that:

• AI categorization is not perfect and may make mistakes
• You should review important emails manually
• The AI learns from your corrections over time
• We are not responsible for missed or miscategorized emails

9. Intellectual Property

• The Service, including its design, code, and AI models, is owned by Nimbus Ltd
• Your email content remains your property
• You grant us a limited license to process your emails for the purpose of providing the Service
• We do not claim ownership of your data

10. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not liable for lost emails, missed messages, or miscategorization
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the past 12 months
• We are not responsible for actions taken by Google or changes to Gmail

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nimbus Ltd from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

• You may stop using the Service at any time
• We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately
• You may request deletion of your data as described in our Privacy Policy

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Nimbus Ltd is registered. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
